At CDM Document Solutions, it's our after sales service and support that sets us apart from our competitors. Our friendly and helpful service coordinators can assist with a wide range of enquiries including:

  • General enquiries with regard to your machine or account
  • Over the phone assistance
  • Consumable orders of items such as toner and staples

Service Requests

For service requests, our phone operator will log the details of your call before dispatching the nearest Service Engineer. CDM strives to achieve an average response time of four hours - from the time the call is made to when the technician walks through the door, if the equipment is located within our areas of coverage.

All CDM Service Engineers carry a stock of commonly used parts in company provided vehicles and are backed up by a large supply of spare parts and consumables at CDM's headquarters. This means that you will receive prompt, quality service every time you log a service call.

Help Desk

CDM provides telephone assistance to customers with regards to product or network related queries.

Preventative Maintenance

CDM qualified Customer and Service Engineers provide remedial and preventative maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Our policy is to replace parts at the end of the recommended life-span, regardless whether they are faulty or not.
